Privacy Policy

Short version: we don't use tracking cookies, ad pixels, or third-party analytics scripts.

What we collect

• Server logs and aggregate traffic data. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard request data (such as IP address, user agent, requested page, and referrer) to serve the site, protect it from abuse, and give us aggregate traffic statistics. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and message. We use them only to reply.

What we don't do

• No cookies for tracking or advertising.
• No selling or sharing of personal information.
• The SAFER lookup box sends your search directly to FMCSA's website in a new tab. We never see or store what you type.
